Operating Room Assistant

The OR Assistant supports the surgical team in Perioperative and Heart & Vascular Services by assisting with operating room turnover, patient transport, and positioning. This role ensures a clean, safe, and well-stocked surgical environment in compliance with infection control standards, including equipment inspection and restocking supplies. Additionally, the assistant helps with pre-operative preparation and retrieves blood products under nurse supervision.
