The Operating Room Nurse provides ongoing assessment and nursing care to patients in the facility, collaborating with physicians and team members to ensure quality comprehensive eye care. This role involves circulating surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and sanitary operating room environment, and individualizing patient care according to health status and procedures. The nurse is accountable for the direct and indirect provision of safe, professional nursing care within the perioperative and outpatient settings.
