Operating Room Scrub Technician

The Operating Room Scrub Technician is a key member of the perioperative team who functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse and surgeon to support safe, high quality surgical care. The role involves preparing the operating room, maintaining the sterile field, and providing instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures. This position requires adherence to aseptic technique, infection prevention standards, and established surgical policies while anticipating the needs of the surgical team across all phases of the operative process.
