Operation Controller

The Operation Controller oversees, dispatches, and supports quality service delivery for Bus and Paratransit Transit Operations on assigned routes, schedules, and during special events or emergencies. This role involves coordinating operator activities, managing dispatch systems, and ensuring safe and efficient transit service while maintaining professional communication with employees and customers. The position requires operating on a 24/7 basis to address service disruptions and emergencies as needed.
