Sylvamo
The Operations Maintenance Coordinator reports to the Pulp Mill Business Unit Manager to coordinate between operations and maintenance teams while ensuring effective lockout/tag-out procedures. This role is responsible for managing maintenance work orders, producing Key Performance Indicators, and supporting a safe work environment through safety meetings and observations. Additional duties include providing day-to-day troubleshooting support for product quality, participating in mill reliability initiatives, and directing housekeeping and 5S activities.
