Operation Readiness & Assurance Engineer

This role ensures that all facilities, systems, personnel, and processes are fully prepared for safe, efficient, and reliable start-up and operations for a high-profile client. The position bridges project delivery and asset operations, implementing structured Operations Readiness & Assurance processes across all project phases to ensure seamless handover to ADNOC Operations. It involves coordinating stage gate reviews, providing operational input into design, and managing training and competency assurance for operations personnel.
