Operation Team Leader

The Operation Team Leader coordinates the production team's work during shifts, ensuring efficient department operations, monitoring process efficiency, safety, and quality, and achieving production and operational goals. The role involves implementing and maintaining 5S standards, documenting procedures, and collaborating with key functions such as Production, Inbound, Sortation, Logistics, Inventory, Options, Training, and Planning. The position requires experience in warehouse or logistics operations, leadership skills, proficiency in WMS and MS Office, and knowledge of Lean Warehousing and 5S practices.
