About this role

An AVP in the Enterprise Resiliency Office will lead operational risk activities, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), control advisory, and issue management processes. The role involves serving as a point of contact for risks and controls, managing the Archer risk taxonomy, and coordinating annual control certifications and regulatory exams. Candidates will partner with Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and other stakeholders to ensure robust governance and reporting within a global financial institution.

Responsibilities

Support Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program activities
Oversee Archer risk taxonomy and control inventories as Co-Control Steward
Monitor and report on the issue management process
Coordinate Annual Control Certification processes
Assist with preparation for Corporate Audit and regulatory exams
