Operational Decarbonisation Manager

This newly created role manages the operational decarbonisation agenda for Scope 1 and 2 emissions, providing strategic direction and oversight for manufacturing sites. The position involves partnering with Regional Directors, Engineering, and EHS teams to identify opportunities, co-create high-impact strategies, and drive best-practice initiatives for energy efficiency and renewable energy. The incumbent will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, support the development of carbon masterplans, and ensure consistent standards across global operations.
