Operational Decarbonization Manager

The Operational Decarbonization Manager will lead energy kaizen events and sustainability initiatives across Quanex’s manufacturing sites, focusing on reducing energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste, and water use. The role partners with plant managers and cross‑functional teams to identify, implement, and scale improvement projects, while traveling throughout North America and eventually to international locations.
