About this role

As an Operations Excellence Engineer at Amcor's Rigid Packaging division, you will drive a large-scale Lean transformation across 10–15 European manufacturing sites. Acting as a hands-on coach and change agent, you will deploy a new group manufacturing system, train teams on Lean tools, and ensure operational consistency. You will collaborate with diverse leadership teams to embed continuous improvement ways of working and share best practices across the network.

Responsibilities

Deploy and stabilize the new group manufacturing system across 15 sites
Train and coach plant leadership and shopfloor teams on Lean methodologies
Drive behavioral and operational change in low-maturity environments
Capture and share best practices across the European plant network
Manage resistance to change through structured engagement strategies
