Operational Excellence Engineer

The Operational Excellence Engineer partners with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials. This hands‑on role translates expert knowledge into clear, repeatable standards, identifies documentation and training gaps, and leads initiatives to close those gaps, supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement efforts.
