Operational Excellence Intern

The Operational Excellence Intern will support the corporate operational excellence strategy at a CF&I Recycling EBS deployed unit, focusing on employee engagement and cultural transformation. The role provides exposure to continuous improvement and plant operations and involves collaborating with analysts, leads, and site functions. This is a short-term, onsite internship at the Denver, CO location starting in late April/May with potential extension based on workload.
