Operational Excellence Intern

The Operational Excellence Intern at Interpro Recycling will support the program office in deploying the corporate operational excellence strategy at an EBS unit, with emphasis on employee engagement and cultural transformation. This short-term internship (~3 months, possible extension) provides exposure to continuous improvement, plant operations, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and shop personnel, and is based onsite in Edmonton, AB.
