About this role
The Operational Excellence Leader (CIP Blackbelt Specialist) will establish and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement practices at a new Torreon manufacturing facility. The role will help shape site standards and drive process innovation to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. It reports to the Director Plant Manager and supports building a best-in-class facility serving customers across the Americas.
