About this role

The Operational Excellence Leader drives business results by leading cross-functional teams to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement. This role supports the entire Kalamazoo site, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to eliminate waste and achieve operational targets. The position involves conducting process evaluations, developing initiatives, and coaching colleagues on Lean principles within both office and manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct process evaluations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Develop and manage Lean initiatives to improve system performance
Monitor effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments
Create and present reports on Lean initiatives to senior management
Coach and train site colleagues on Lean methodology

Qualifications

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black BeltBachelor's degree in STEM field
