Operational Excellence Manager

The role leads and coaches Kaizen and problem‑solving initiatives, develops and implements company‑wide Operational Excellence strategies, and drives cultural change through performance management and continuous improvement. It requires influencing leadership, delivering training, analyzing operational data, and managing change across Bombardier’s manufacturing facilities.
