Operational Excellence Manager

The Operational Excellence Manager will drive the Operational Excellence agenda across VVN global mobility operations in India by identifying, adapting, and scaling proven improvement practices. This role focuses on building organizational capability through continuous improvement training, standardizing processes, and implementing performance measurement frameworks to enable sustainable improvements. The position supports broader process improvement and automation initiatives by assessing opportunities, developing business cases, and coordinating the delivery of improvement projects.
