Operational Excellence Supervisor

The Operational Excellence Supervisor leads the facility's Operational Excellence function, developing the OPEX team to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and capacity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance, eliminate waste, and strengthen processes while establishing priorities and ensuring sustained financial validation of improvements. The position serves as a key change leader responsible for building organizational capability and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment.
