This role leads site performance improvement initiatives by deploying the Baxter Growth & Performance System (GPS) and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. The position supports site strategic priorities, improves operational performance, and develops organizational capability through Lean principles, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. It plays a key role in driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and support deployment of GPS across manufacturing and support functions
Design and improve manufacturing processes using TLA, VSM, and data-driven analysis
Coach teams in structured problem solving and root cause analysis
