Operational Learning Lead

The role leads a team of workplace trainers and assessors for a large manufacturing operation in Western Sydney, overseeing induction, onboarding, the annual training calendar, learning records, LMS management, and compliance with HACCP, GMP and WHS. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the position will shift the team from reactive support to a strategic, planned approach and contribute to a broader learning transformation.
