Operational Lessons Learned Manager

The Operational Lessons Learned Manager will establish and lead a company‑wide framework for capturing, analysing, sharing and embedding lessons learned across construction projects. The role involves facilitating post‑completion reviews, maintaining a central repository of insights, and driving governance and stakeholder engagement to ensure learning translates into measurable performance improvements.
