Operational Ownership Lead

The Operational Ownership Lead serves as the owner's representative from Notice to Proceed through construction completion, closeout, and turnover to Investment Operations. This role holds owner-side accountability for budget, schedule, change management, draws, and jurisdictional coordination during active construction. The position facilitates alignment between internal project stakeholders, capital partners, and field operations to meet key project milestones and resolve complex construction issues.
