About this role

The Operational Performance Engineering Lead at Origis Energy will develop and lead the strategy, direction, and implementation of technical processes related to operational fleet performance across utility-scale solar and storage assets. This role will define technical processes, systems, and tools to maximize value/MWh and serve as the technical interface between the Remote Operations Center, Field Operations, and Asset Management. The position reports to the Senior Director, Performance Engineering and supports organizational performance strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
