Operational Performance Lead

This role is located within the Transformation and Operational Performance (TOP) team, a multi-disciplinary unit supporting the ASX Supervision division. The position is responsible for driving operational excellence through robust process and control mechanisms while ensuring consistent application and improvement of operating standards. Key duties include coordinating business resilience activities, mapping processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard the financial market's reputation and efficiency.
