The Operational Readiness Lead oversees the transition and mobilization of new and existing data center sites into T5’s operational framework. The role leads the T5 BRIDGE program, ensuring new sites achieve full compliance with internal standards, policies, and lease obligations. It serves as a subject matter expert on mobilization and transition activities that impact customer satisfaction and operational success. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure seamless site onboarding and long-term operational readiness.
