Operational Readiness Lead

The Operational Readiness Lead serves as the key interface between Operations and Project teams, ensuring new facilities, equipment, and systems are designed, commissioned, and transitioned with a focus on safety, reliability, and long‑term asset performance. The role involves integrating operational and maintenance requirements throughout the project lifecycle, supporting offshore and onshore activities, and overseeing readiness milestones and handover processes.
