Operational Risk Analyst

The Operational Risk Analyst provides subject matter expertise on the design and effectiveness of financial and operational controls for vendor services within the Group Protection and Retirement Plan Services organization. This role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the control environment aligns with audit programs, executing complex audit testing, and managing SOC-1 reporting compliance. The position requires driving risk mitigation recommendations and maintaining accurate control inventories to support a sound and audit-ready control environment.
