Operational Risk Director

This role provides independent review and challenge of Operational Risk elements across the bank, ensuring adherence to the Operational Risk Framework, Policies, and Standards. The position involves proactive risk management, analysis of operational risk data, and oversight of first-line activities to accurately reflect the business risk position. The incumbent will lead oversight of the Americas operational risk portfolio, drive the development of risk appetite and key risk indicators, and represent the function at senior governance forums.
