About this role

The role is an entry‑level position in Operational Risk Management, responsible for supporting risk reporting, data quality, and monitoring of risk events while gaining exposure to ORM processes and policies. The analyst will work within NIBC Bank’s Risk, Legal, and Compliance team in The Hague, developing analytical and PowerBI skills and contributing to risk assessments and improvement plans.

Responsibilities

Support and improve periodic risk reporting using PowerBI
Ensure data quality in the GRC system
Monitor and follow up on risk events with root‑cause analysis
Execute reviews on control effectiveness testing
Maintain policies and support product review process

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
