Operational Risk Management (ORM) - Enterprise Resilience & Chief Operating Office (ORM-ER & COO) Oversight

This role serves as a Second Line of Defense function within the Operational Risk Management team, providing independent risk leadership and oversight for Enterprise Resilience, Procurement, and the Chief Operating Office. The position is responsible for building and managing the company's operational risk framework, including maintaining the Risk Taxonomy and defining Risk Appetite. It also involves overseeing limit and threshold management for risk metrics and leading proactive risk identification efforts to ensure business resilience and compliance.
