Operational Risk Manager

An Operational Risk Specialist at Absa supports business management and the Chief Risk Officer in identifying and managing operational risks to reduce losses and improve operating effectiveness. The role helps implement and embed the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Operational Risk Framework and related policies (NAPA, RDARR, Combined Assurance) across the bank. It also produces risk reporting and ensures policy compliance and risk governance across business units.
