Operational Risk Manager

As a key member of Remitly's Governance & Controls Assurance Program, you will lead resilience assurance and crisis management initiatives across the enterprise. You will design controls, manage risk mitigations, and coordinate stakeholder reviews while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. This role involves developing risk metrics, training teams, and leveraging automation tools to enhance operational resilience and crisis response capabilities. You will report to the Governance & Controls Assurance Manager and operate independently with broad latitude to influence organizational maturity.
