About this role

IMC is seeking an Operational Risk Role within the APAC region to manage and mitigate risks associated with trading strategies across diverse products, exchanges, and technologies. This position involves building deep knowledge of the automated trading ecosystem, developing local risk frameworks aligned with global standards, and enhancing monitoring tools to ensure business activities remain within the firm's risk appetite.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for operational risk including execution controls and incident management
Build deep knowledge of automated trading ecosystem to identify and mitigate operational risks
Own pre- and post-trade risk checks framework to protect firm from operational failures
Develop and implement local operational risk frameworks aligned with global policies
Build and improve dashboards and monitoring tools to strengthen risk visibility
