About this role

Russell Investments is hiring an Operational Risk Manager to lead the Second Line of Defense Operational Risk Management program in Mumbai. The role will oversee risk and control self‑assessments, control testing, issue management, and governance activities, partnering with business and functional leaders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate RCSA workshops across business groups
Design and execute risk‑based control testing activities
Monitor remediation of operational risk issues and control deficiencies
Maintain process, risk and control inventories in the enterprise GRC tool
Develop operational risk reporting for management committees and governance forums
