Operational Risk Officer - Business Banking

An Operational Risk Officer in KeyCorp’s 2nd Line of Defense provides oversight for Business Banking and assigned operational and enterprise risk programs, acting as a subject matter expert on operational risk topics. The role advises and trains lines of business, ensures alignment with corporate operational risk policy, and supports regulatory, audit, and remediation activities. This is an individual contributor position based in Brooklyn, Ohio reporting to the Consumer LOB Operational Risk Oversight Director.
