Operational Risk Policy Governance Analyst

The Operational Risk Policy Governance Analyst at Swiss Re builds and shapes a central second line of defence policy governance capability for selected operational risks, including Artificial Intelligence, Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk Management, and Finance. The role focuses on policy and standard creation, framework design, and lifecycle governance to drive sustainable governance and sound risk management. The analyst will define policy architecture, draft requirements, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and provide independent oversight within an operational risk context.
