Operational Training & Competence Advisor

The Operational Training & Competence Advisor develops and maintains training and competency assurance programmes to ensure safe, compliant, and effective operations across the px Group portfolio. This role involves managing training needs analyses, coordinating technical and safety training delivery, and overseeing competency assessment processes. The position also provides direct line management to the Training and Competence team to support workforce development and operational excellence.
