Operations Account Manager

This role owns end-to-end operational outcomes for a portfolio of institutional real estate clients, managing property dispositions and acquisitions from onboarding through closing. The position serves as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders, coordinating across agent teams and business leads to ensure transaction quality and client satisfaction. It also involves building and validating AI-enabled workflows to automate reporting, reconcile pipelines, and improve overall operational efficiency.
