The Operations Adoption & Enablement, Manager, NA supports the successful implementation and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives across North America Operations. This role ensures new processes, enterprise technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities are understood, adopted, and incorporated into daily operations to achieve intended outcomes. The individual contributor leads adoption and enablement workstreams, translating operational changes into practical readiness plans and stakeholder engagement activities. The role involves collaborating with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to identify adoption barriers, strengthen readiness, and improve execution.
