Operations Analyst, Data and Performance

The Operations Analyst, Data and Performance will be a key member of the Data & Performance Operations team, responsible for ensuring operational teams have the data, insights, and tools they need to effectively manage performance and monitor their activity. This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and process improvement, aiming to translate business needs into scalable reporting and operational solutions that drive efficiency and informed decision-making. The analyst will partner closely with multiple regional and global operations teams and with product & tech teams to gather business requirements and implement improvements that enhance visibility, productivity, and performance.
