About this role
The Operations Analyst Discovery Programme at Barclays is a virtual two-day insight programme (15–16 April 2026) for students two years out from graduation to learn about careers in Operations and be considered for the 2027 Summer Internship. Participants attend seminars, breakout sessions and networking with senior leaders and graduates to build understanding of Barclays Operations and the recruitment process. The programme offers exposure to the bank’s operational functions and insight into day-to-day processes and systems.
