Operations Analyst I

Under the direct supervision of the Manager I within the Firearm Purchase Program, this position reviews and analyzes criminal history records to determine eligibility for the purchase and possession of firearms as authorized by Florida Statute. The role involves maintaining NCIC/FCIC certification, ensuring data security, and processing transactions through the Firearm Eligibility System. The position also requires providing customer service to firearm dealers and citizens while ensuring compliance with agency policies and state laws.
