Operations Analyst, NOB

The Operations Analyst delivers effective financial, administrative, procurement, and operational processing for the Bosnia and Herzegovina Country Office and provides day-to-day operational coordination and compliance support across the Western Balkans cluster. The role ensures adherence to UNFPA operational rules, supports budget tracking, coordinates procurement workflows, and directly supervises local administrative staff in Sarajevo. This position contributes to facilitating effective delivery of five UNFPA country programmes to realize the 2030 Development Agenda.
