Operations Analyst

SEA-FAJ Consults is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing financial services/fintech company in London for a proactive and data-driven Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will support the scaling of the company’s lending operations and internal processes by analysing operational data, improving workflows, managing reporting processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role requires a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across Finance, Product, and Account Management teams.
