The Operations Analyst supports the Finance Operations & Consolidations team by managing the quarterly analytics calendar, preparing variance reporting, and assisting with eliminations and allocation journal entries. This role provides broad exposure to consolidation accounting, ERP systems, and process-improvement initiatives while working closely with the Senior Manager and Financial Systems & Operations team. The position involves maintaining operational calendars, supporting system projects, and partnering on AI and automation efforts to streamline close and reporting workflows.

Manage quarterly analytics calendar and prepare variance analysis reporting
Prepare eliminations and allocations journal entries for monthly consolidation close
Support FloQast implementation and identify opportunities to streamline close tasks
