Operations and Engineering Rotational Development Program

HWI is seeking motivated upcoming graduates to join its Operations and Engineering Rotational Development Program, designed to develop future engineering and operations leaders through hands-on experience across manufacturing facilities. Participants will complete rotational assignments in engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement while receiving mentorship and leadership training. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into full-time positions in plant leadership or plant engineering based on business needs and individual strengths.
