Operations and Maintenance Technician

The Operations and Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a 2x1 combined cycle power plant, including gas and steam turbines, generators, and associated balance of plant equipment. This role involves performing facility start-ups and shutdowns, executing high voltage switching, and ensuring strict adherence to all safety and environmental regulations. The technician will also coordinate daily operations, maintain facility cleanliness, and support the training and development of plant personnel.
