The Operations and Planning (O&P) Compliance role ensures ERCOT adheres to NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards, ERCOT Nodal Protocols, and other binding documents. The position collaborates with internal teams and external auditors to identify compliance risks, develop remediation plans, and maintain documentation and controls required for regulatory audits.
