Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant supports the Operations team at the International Rescue Committee by managing fleet logistics, IT troubleshooting, vendor relations, and office inventory. This in-person role also involves assisting with facility improvements, processing expenses, and providing front desk coverage in Florida offices. The position reports to the Deputy Director and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong organizational skills.
